Shipping Methods and Costs

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout, along with the exact shipping cost. Orders are shipped via Standard or Express services based on your destination.

Shipping Delays

Please treat the estimated dispatch and delivery dates as guidelines rather than guarantees. You can always track your order status through your account on our website.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes at the destination or by external factors such as holidays or peak periods, which may extend delivery times.

Duties & Shipping Costs

Orders shipped outside of the European Community are sent with duties included (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid), while shipping costs are excluded and will be calculated at checkout. Any additional charges related to shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend checking your local shipping and handling fees before completing your purchase. Customs clearance times can vary and may cause delays beyond our control.

Please note that any duties or fees incurred on returned items are the responsibility of the client.

Returns

Items are eligible for return in line with our standard return policy. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt. Once the returned parcel is received in our warehouse and it has passed the quality control, the order will be refunded net of shipping costs and any associated duties.

How Can I Return My Order?

Returns Within the EU:
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To request a return authorization, please email info@youmna.co with your name, email, order number, and details of the items you wish to return.

Once approved, we will email you a shipping label and instructions for returning your item(s).

Returns Outside the EU:
For customers outside the EU, please notify our team at info@youmna.co within 14 days of receiving your order. If your return is approved, we will assist with arranging the shipment. Return costs, including shipping and customs fees, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Do I Have to Pay to Return My Order?

  • EU Customers: Returns are free of charge.
  • Non-EU Customers: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated duties or taxes (for returning the order). These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received, the items will undergo a quality control inspection. Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and free from stains or damage to qualify for a refund.

If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days for this process. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Note: Shipping costs and duties paid are non-refundable.

Personalized Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. All sales of customized or personalized products are final. Please carefully review your customization details, including any text, design, or specifications, before completing your purchase.
